You can see that they both had only one thing on the brain, the boy is telling his sister about the dador with all muddy whe-os, and she would just rather eat that book already.

The Boy is sitting next to me right now, saying "see bat-ho loadar" and sneaking a finger onto the keyboard while he thinks I am not looking, just one finger, slyly looking over at me. As we are loading pictures onto this page he points to the picture of he and his sister and says "mama's two babies". sigh. Heart aloft. Here is the the bat-ho loader because he asked, stut in mud, stoopin up the mud, wortin so hawd. He has been so sweet this morning to his sister, hopping off the couch to help her get her 'toe-eee' (toy) when she 'dops it' and bringing her an new one to boot. Maybe I will make it through this year with some sanity after all.
Our seedlings are really big. They all came up, all of them except some calendulas and one pea. So we planted only 47 peas in the garden this week. Some of the tomatoes have five or six plants in each pot so if anyone lives close to us, please, come by and take one or more. A tomato for all my friends. And some peas too, if you come at the right time. I dare you to walk through the garden without eating one.
